Five-Limiter PLC System Configuration List
1. Siemens 200PLC
A piece of CPU222: 220V power supply, eight channels on-off inputs, six channels on-off output, a 485 interface, two modules can be extended;
B. Two pieces of EM231 Analog Input Module: Four channels analog signal input, signal input type: 0-5V/0-10V voltage signal, 0-20mA current signal, choice according to the DIP switch on the module specifically;
2. MCGS Touch Screen: For display, strategy configuration and logging data;
3. Communication Cable: For communication between the PLC and touch screen;
4. Switching Power Supply: Provide power for PLC and the sensors
5. Pin: Measuring weighting signal of the heavey objects;
6. Limiter (with potentiometer): Includes three limiters: Height, amplitude and slew angle which are used for overload control, and height, amplitude, and rotation changes signal detection.
