Single-stage Hammer Crusher Working Principles

 

The main working parts of the single-stage hammer crusher are the rotor with hammer. And the rotor is mainly consists of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammer. The motor makes the rotor high-speed rotating in the crushing cavity, and the materials will be crushed after impacting, cutting, and grinding by the high-speed rotating hammer when they are conveyed from the feed mouth to the body of the machine. And down the rotor, there is a screen plate, if the size of materials is smaller than the screen hole, they will be discharged; if bigger, they will be left for impacting and grinding until they can be discharged from the screen plate.
