8. Hot air drying system for printing unit.
1) The heating from electric heating tube (18KW) transferred into the hot air cover. The specially –designed net below the hot air cover blow the hot air onto the paperboard surface evenly to dry the contained water quickly.
2) Hot drying air. The air gate is divided into three parts and it can be adjusted according to the paperboard size.
3) Air cover has tow layer. The inside cover blows hot air and outside cover sucks air. The extra water vapor and heating air can be exhausted.

9. Equalizer for die cutting
1) Rubber pad is installed on the abrasion-proof and compression resistance plastic bearing. The surface speed of rubber pad is fully controlled by die shell. The product precision will not change with rubber diameter change.
2) Manual control is unnecessary to avoid operation problem.
Quick change rubber pad and even abrasion.
3) Speed difference compensation device can control the rubber cylinder surface speed and reduce operation problem. It is different from standard die cutting device. The rubber pads do not cover on the cylinder directly. All the pads are ringed on the bearing cylinder. No matter what diameter of rubber pad changes, the bearing can slide on the cylinder freely and the rubber pad surface speed is fully controlled by die shell to guarantee the die cut box and die shell has the same form.
4) It is unnecessary for operator to adjust the cylinder running speed because equalizer can control the box size and the adjustment job is automatically finished by equalizer.

12. Vibration blow waste paper scrap

19, The working principle of hot air dry is that blowing cold air through electric heating box and changed into hot air.
Then blow it to the paperboard surface through pipe, sprayer head and the water volume on the paperboard surface is dried and vaporized. The air volume blow away water vapor. The characteristic is that air volume is strong and temperature inside machine is low. The problem is low power efficiency, complex structure and difficult maintenance. The working principle of IR dryer is that the heating is transmitted on the paper surface; the water is vaporized and sucked through the pipe. The problem is that air volume is small and temperature inside machine is high. Characteristics is easy maintenance, quick dry, save energy and heating by different part of paperboard.
