1) Two engine room, each with two sets of YDW6.0A7.5KW air inlet fan, strength heat-resistant centrifuge blower special for spray booth use. Air capacity: 84000m3/h. Each engine room with 1 set of 6.3E15KW of 4-82 series motor outside structure blower as air outlet fan. Air capacity: 72000m3/h.
2) Colorful painting boards structure for the engine room.

Lighting System:
1) Ceiling light: 64pcs of 36w Philip Lamps and Sanxiong laser electrical light cap;

Purification System:
1)Dual filtering structure: the first rough filter is made of high-quality non textile cotton, which is installed at the intake hose, can capture dust larger than 10um. The second ceiling filter is made of high-quality multi-layer filtering cotton, can capture dust bigger than 5μm, its filtering rate reaches 98%. air pressure balance guage, TSP value less than1.4mg/m3
2) Air intake hose net; drawer type part to protecting the air blower from paint.
Heating System:
1) Italy Riello Brand, model G20 light oil burner, 2 sets, 200000kcal/h/set, oil consumption: 10-12 kilolitre/set/hour, heating up time: 8-12 minutes.
2) Model BCLJ2304, SUS304 Stainless steel heat exchanger, argon are welding, thickness: 2.0mm, with anti-exposion hose, heat exchange rate is 87.1%.
Controlling system:
Light switch, Spray & Baking switch, emergency stop, breakdown alarm, above temperature alarm. Timer, the whole working process can be settle at one time.
