Underground L.H.D is the main equipment for underground excavation, with the advantages of high efficiency, flexibility and low cost. It is widely used in mines and underground projects. SJD75 series underground L.H.D is one of the underground mining machinery series products of SANVA. This series of products are the underground mining machinery developed by SANVA through taking advantage of SANVA’s existing mature design and development technique in mining machinery and construction machinery for years and absorbing the advanced L.H.D structures at home and abroad. The main functional parts are all imported. The machine also features good appearance, excellent performance, flexible operation, convenient maintenance and low cost in usage and maintenance. All product safety performance indicators are completely in accordance with the related national standards of design and manufacture.

?  Adopts imported hydrostatic circuit stepless variable speed running system that is composed of 2-way variable displacement pump and variable displacement engine, with high transmission efficiency, low consumption and reliable performance.
?  Articulated frame, optimized working devices, full hydraulic steering, flexible and efficient.
?  Brake system adopts integrated design of normally closed driving brake and parking brake, high breaking efficiency and safety factor.When turning off the vehicle for repair, the parking brake can be relieved manually.
?  Abandoned other similar products’ rear axle swing frame design, applied rotary bearing connection rear axle swing design of Schopf company in France, more reliable.
?  Pilot type hydraulic control, light and flexible, high efficiency.
?  Adopts independent running and working hydraulic cooling system and return oil pressure monitoring system. Reliable in work and feel free to use.
?  All the important pin shafts adopt anti slurry oil seal structure, which much increases their working reliability for lubrication and seal of the important pin shafts.
?  SJ75 Diesel Underground L.H.D adopts German original low pollution wind-cooling DEUTZ diesel engine, with good performance, big power, low emission. It adopts imported off-gas emission system, which has much reduced air pollution.
