Terms of service

Shipment:

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 10 days once your payment is completed.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyer is responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.

We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

 

Returns:

We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.

We will refund you if you return the items within 7days of your receipt of the items for any reason but you must tell us when you receipt the product within 24 hours. However, the buyer should make sure that the items refunded are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are refunded, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.

Note:

1. Maintenance: Maintenance for three months (Note: Pay for round-trip freight by the customer)

2. During one week (from the date which the customer receipt the product), if it is broken-down, the customer can return to repair (we pay for round-trip freight)

3. Because of improper use, the product is damaged by people, and we can maintain the product for the customer but the customer must pay for round-trip freight. Under special circumstances, if the relevant parts need to be replaced, the customer need to pay an additional parts cost.

4. Our products are handmade, so every product is unique and different.

5. We can do the product according to the customer's design, and we also can design for the customer.

Pay attention:

1. Because of the system, we won't be able to set the correct packaging size and weight, so the packing and weight will be offered according to the real product's weight and size. Pls understand.

2. If the product' volume and weight are really so big, we will transport it by sea for customers.

3. Because our products are handmade, so this freight is for reference only and to be freight is based on the actual products. We hope you will use freight collect. If you do not like this way, we can consult to the courier company then tell you the exact courier. You can transfer the freight to us and we pay the freight for you. However, we feel that this will produce some unnecessary fee, so we still hope you can use freight collect. Thank you!

4. Because our products are handmade and custom, so we don't accept return of product
