Material of embedded demister pad:
The materials of embedded type demister pad can be galvanized wire, PE, PP, various stainless steel wire, and molybdenum, titanium, Monel, pure nickel and titanium wire. It also can be customized according to the customer’s unique needs to process a variety of different materials and different types of product specifications.

Embedded demister pad usages:
The demister is utilized for gas entrained liquid droplets in the separation column, in order to ensure that mass transfer efficiency, reduce the loss of valuable materials and improve the operation of the compressor in the tower, generally set the demister in the top. It can effectively remove the 3 - 5um droplet trays, not only to ensure that the mass transfer efficiency of the tray, also reduce the board spacing. Embedded demister is mainly used for gas-liquid separation also for the air filter.
