Machining Speed: The machining speed is 3--5 times faster than copper electrode's, the machined surface is smooth. Electric discharge processing speed is 1/3-2 times faster than the copper electrode's. it is better for rough machining.
Loss:Used as EDM electrode,which consumption is only 1/3-1/5 of copper electrode's, the coating of spark decomposition of carbide compensates electrode loss.
High temperature resistance: The melting point of graphite is up to 3650°C,No deformation under high temperature and more suitable for machining bone electrode
