Product Description
Ball mill is the key device of grinding for crushed materials, which is widely used for ore dressing and glass ceramics industries such as cement, silicate product, modern building materials, refractory, chemical fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metals. It has both dry and wet types of grinding for various kinds of ore and other grindable materials.
Working Principle
This ball mill is a horizontal and barrel-type rotating device, which is grid energy-conserving with two warehouses. The materials enter into the feed sleeve shaft by the feeder and spirally and evenly into the first warehouse with grading and corrugated liner as well as steel balls of different specification. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of shell drives steel balls to a certain height and drops them to make heavy impact and grinding for the materials. The materials are rough grinded at the first warehouse, enter into second warehouse through monolayer baffle, and further grinded in the second warehouse with liner and steel balls. The powder is discharged through the grid and the grinding is completed.
