Main Usage:
1. Because sodium gluconate has excellent effects of corrosion and scale proof, it is widely used as water quality stabilizer, such as the treatment chemicals in the cooling cycle system in petrochemical field and low pressure boilerandengine cooling water system .
2. It is used as water stability agent and its advantages lie in:
(1)It has obvious coordinating effect, which makes it apply to various formulations.
Because of its influence in coordinating effect, its effect in corrosion resistance will be more remarkable.
(2)On the contrary to the common inhibitor, the rate of corrosion resistance will increase with the increase of temperature.
(3)The ability technology of scale inhibition requires the combination ability of various elements, especially the chelation to the Fe3+.
(4)As the chelation for the recycling cooling water, nothing can compare with it and it has the function to kill the pollution nuisance.
