Welded Wire Mesh: Galvanized Before Welded (GBW)
Compare with other weld mesh products, Welded Wire Mesh: Galvanized Before Welded is the most economical type. However, it has a limited lifetime. During the welding process, single strand of galvanized wire passes through the welder. The rust-preventing galvanizing is burned off at the weld point where the wire intersects. Water will collect at these weld points where the galvanizing is compromised, causing rust. Different gauge wires are used. The gauge and mesh sizes are determined by the final use of the product.

Welded Wire Mesh: Galvanized After Welded (GAW)
The strands of wire are welded together. Next the fabricated welded mesh passes through total immersion in a bath of molten zinc. The entire mesh, and most importantly the welded areas, are completely sealed and protected against rust and corrosion by thick galvanizing. Because it' s covered with so much more zinc than galvanized before welded wire (GBW), Galvanized After Welded Mesh will last years longer. It' s particularly useful for animal cage and enclosure, or other applications where rust prevention and long service life are desired. For example, it' s ideally used as fence for home or sport ground.

Advantages:
Welded Mesh - Galvanized offers many good advantages, such as excellent corrosion & acid resistance, alkali & oxidation-resistance, firm structure and good integrity. Moreover, due to its even and bright luster coating, this weld mesh looks not only attractive and beautiful but also flat and uniform surface.

Packing: plastic shrinkin, paper wrapped inside, and pallets or cartons available

Usages:
In the forms of rolls or panels, galvanized welded meshes are utilized as guards of fences in construction, buildings and factories, such as tree guards and plant protection, or partitions in machine protection. They are also widely used in horticulture industry or breeding. For example, they can be made into various animal cages or enclosures for breeding animals with their excellent anti-corrosion property. Besides, with good flexibility they can be made in many further fabrication applications, such as wire containers, baskets and grills.
