Description of Ozone resistance test chamber:
 
This machine can simulate the effects of ozone conducted on the sampls, by subjecting samples to a quantifiable high concentration of ozone, while at the same time controlling the temperature, humidity and airflow. The machine allows for samples to be placed under load or subject to cyclic loading for the duration of the test to simulate operating conditions. Tests can be conducted against ASTM, BS or ISO test methods or specific manufacturers’ requirements. The ozone resistance of different rubber formulations or rubber products with design differences can be compared and product design and material specifications changed accordingly. In addition, antioxidation machine testing can be used by a supplier to validate batches of material or components against a customer specification. Yuan yao has supplied  antioxidation test machine to a diverse range of rubber-related industries worldwide.

Main features of Ozone resistance test chamber:
 
1. External chamber:Arc design,nice shape,surface electrostatic spray.
 
2. Inner chamber:SUS304 stainless steel plate.
 
3. The door of a reasonable position to set up a transparent window (220*320mm),for the changes in observation indoor specimen (lighting inside), which has theadvantages of transparent ,heat insulati  on, explosion-proof and so on.
