Technology principle

Firstly, the hot wet compressed air from the compressor is heat exchanged with dried cold compressed air in the heat exchanger. Then It will be cooled down to 2 degree celsius by the evaporator. Under this pressure dew point, the majority of vapor water in the compressed air is eliminated discharged. After these processes, the air goes into the absorption tower to be further dried thus the satisfying air is achieved. To improve the efficiency of regeneration lower the power consumption, the dried cold air gets through the heat exchanger again to higher its temperature at some extent. a small number of the dried warmer air is used as the regeneration purge air during the regeneration process. It is the general working process of the combined compressed air drier.
