The line consists of assembling machine, front welding machine, turn-over device, back welding machine and H beam transmission conveyors. The whole line divides into 4 steps, which realizes H beam assembling, saw welding, 180o turn-over device and H beam transmission between each steps. It adopts the advanced technology of head assembling, horizontal leveling stand welding, single arc and double wire welding, and realizes fast welding of H beam, reducing welding distortion. It is the perfect device for producing large quantity of H beam.
