Working Processing:

The roller grader mainly consists the frame, drive motor, the hopper, gear covers, rollers and other components. Roller drum as its main structure, rotates by the motor’s driving. Different areas on the drum have different size of the hole. When fruits and vegetables go into the drum from conveyor, vegetables and fruits will be turning. Because the roller is sloping, the material move from high to low due to gravity. Finally, material fall into a hopper with different pore sizes according to different diameters of material. We can design of multi-level classification of user requirements.
