1. Brief introduction
2D-SY50/100, 2D-SY18/100 electric pressure test pumps are electric double-cylinder contraposition reciprocate portable test pumps, the main application is as following:
1).General pressure test: Mainly applied on container, chemical industrial equipment and so on for water pressure, seal, intensity and explosion tests, as well as the high pressure liquid in the lab.
2). Pg≤160MPa --loading changes tests of pressure gauge.
Pg≤100MPa --overloading tests of pressure gauge.
3). Pg≤100MPa --rubber pipe explosion tests.
The test medium is water, kinematic viscosity ≤ 20cst (50℃), oil, or liquid similar to water and oil.

3.Structure and features
2D-SY50/100, 2D-SY18/100 electric pressure test pumps are applied with speed reducer, through the work of main shaft, push the column bolt to move back and forth in order to discharge the pressured liquid. The pump itself is set up as contraposition at the top of water tank, as it is easy to disassemble the parts inside the water tank as well as doing the maintenance. Water tank is divided into 2 parts set at both sides of the pump and speed reducer, therefore the structure is compact and gook looking.
Cylinder is the key part of pressure test pump, including column bolt and valves. Among them, column bolt, stuffing, cylinder sleeve, valves are very important and frangible. They are parts that work together.
The pump is not only an overloading test pump, more importantly, it is safe and reliable when working with very high pressure. With safety bolt and pressure releaser, the pressure can be released if necessary, but not for the container being tested. There’s a stop valve under the pressure gauge, which is to make sure the pressure gauge has the right reading without the effect from pulsant pressure.
