Characteristics:

Application:
1 Required for the manufacture of higher intensity than 35CrMo steel and larger cross-section of quenched and tempered forgings, such as the large locomotive traction gears, supercharger drive gear, rear axle, great link and spring.
2 Be used for pipe joints and fishing tools of 2000m deep drill in oil equipment, and can be used for bending machine tooling.
 
Heat treatment:
Annealing temperature: heating to 680-720 ° C, slow cooling.
Annealed hardness: Max. 241 HB
Quenching temperature: 820 - 850 ° C
Normalizing temperature: 840-880 ° C
Tempering temperature: 540-680 ° C
