This product has been supplied to the electronic industry as the protection gas and reducing gas of semiconductor production, the power industry in the cooling of generator rotor. This product could be used as the hydrogen production system in the solar power generation and wind power generation (non-incorporation power), of which the hydrogen could be used directly or store.
