AC Outdoor High Voltage V Model Disconnector
Description & Application
SID1-40.5 outdoor high voltage disconnector is a three-phase AC outdoor high voltage electric accessory for double-column, horizontal isolating distance and center open-type. It is used to switch high voltage line in the non-load condition of rated voltage 40.5kV, 50/60Hz electric system. It will form a safe electric disconnecting when the workman examine and repair the high voltage busbar, circuit breaker and the other high-voltage electric equipment.

Material
Main conductive & earthing conductive
The main conductive & earthing conductive of disconnector are made of casting alloy which of high strength and good performance of conductive & anti-corrosion, it decreases the influence of skin-effect to make current distribution evenly and extend heat dissipation to maximization, it is able to support more working current.
Main contact & contact finger
The main contact and contact finger are made of copper plated silver, while the contact finger spring is made of stainless steel. The contact/contact finger opens/closes by sliding, with the function of self-cleaning and self-strict. It can ensure the optimum of contact/contact finger when short circuit current occurs.

Installation Methods
SID1-40.5 high voltage disconnector is used “V” shape 90°rotation to twirl, various installations are acceptable. Such as horizontal mounted, vertical mounted , reverse mounted and 25° inclination mounted. It can be suited for multi-azimuth way of outlet & inlet line on the power station.
