Scope of application: the product is mainly used in the production of polyethylene mesh demister and other chemical net.

Product features: polyethylene PE features: odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent resistance to low temperature (minimum temperature can reach -70 ~ -100 ℃), good chemical stability, erosion resistant to most acids (not resistant to oxidizing acid), under normal temperature and insoluble in common solvents, small absorption, excellent electrical insulation properties; but polyethylene for environmental stress (chemical and mechanical action) is very sensitive, heat aging resistance difference.
Stainless steel gas liquid filter

Material: SUS AISI 201 202 301 302 304 304L 321 316 316L, pure Nickel, pure Ti, Monel, galvanized wire, redrawing wire, stainless steel wire and cotton thread/ plastic, PP, PC, PE, PVC, PTFE.
Wire diameter: 0.1mm-0.55mm (common wire 0.2mm-0.25mm), besides, use multistrand to weave.
Aperture size: from 2mmx3mm (4mmx5mm) to 12mmx6mm.
Width: 40mm 80mm 100mm 150mm 200mm 300mm 400mm 500mm 600mm etc.
Surface shape: Flat type and Corrugated type
Use: mainly used for processing wire mesh demister, for the separation of liquid in the gas. Also can be extrusion forming, used in the manufacture of filter equipment; metal structured packing, sealing material; damping; Electromagnetic interference shielding device, etc.
