YF series wood plastic door board extrusion line
Characteristics:
1.This production line using the twin-screw extuder machine.
2.This production mainly usd for PVC door and window profile.
3.This production line mainly consisted of host extruder,mold,vacuum tank,haul-off machine,cutting machine,stacker and so on.
4.The host extrusion capacity can be an hour between 150kg to 450kg optional.
5.Adopt the PLC control system,and using the famous British Eurothrm DC speed gonver can make the produce foaming good.
6.Depending on the different mold,the sharping tank can choose 4 meters,6 meters,8 meters,11meters.
7.All movements are controlled by imported PLC,the design is reasonable,the operation is stable,also it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.
8.The twin screw extruder and hual-off units adopt the imported A/C invertor.
9.The material consist of the wood power+PVC
Application:
The product can be used in making building template ,toy board ,tray ,package box ,sleeper ,outdoor floor ,railings ,garden chair and other outdoor facilities ,indicating plate ,circulating box ,roof beam etc.
