Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device. 

1. This vulcanizing machine is used for all kinds of vulcanizing mould,rubber and plastic mould products,and non-mould products.

2. Being a column structure and dowward pressing trpe,the heating plate opens by the seif-weight of the heating plate,platfrom and plunger.The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.

3. This engine base is combined together with the cylinder and base frame,which is made of ductile iron to increase the cylinder intensity and abrad ability,The cylinder is fitted with the sealing washer  made of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealing purpose.

4. By moving the operational handle of the control value to the two different positions,the heating plate can open and close.

5. It uses the electric pipe for heating,thus makes the workshop clean with easy and reliable operation.
