Main composition

-- Organic polysiloxane emulsion mixture.

-- Appearance:                     milky white liquid

-- pH:                                 6.0 – 8.0

-- Solid content:                  5 ± 1%

-- Ionicity:                           nonionic

-- Viscosity(25℃):               3000~5500mPa.s

 

Properties and fields of application

-- A general defoaming agent used in water tank system.

-- Easily disperse in water with easy operation.

-- Rapid defoaming and foam controlling in wide range of pH and temperature.

-- Good compatibility with various auxiliaries.

-- Rapidly kills foam and prevents foam forming.

-- HTfoam 910 is widely used in dyeing, printing, ETP, paper making, metal washing, etc.

 

Application

-- Directly add HTfoam 910 into the foaming system to guarantee its even dispersing. According to the system that has a higher foaming system (>℃), it is suggested to add HTfoam 910 in the system before 60℃ to ensure its best performance with even dispersing.

-- Adjusts the amount of HTfoam 910 by 10 ppm according to viscosity, temperature and stir, while in general, amount of 30 – 200 ppm can achieve a satisfied defoaming performance.

-- The amount may come to 2 – 5% in zymolysis in some fields.

 

Packing and storage

-- Packing:                          50 kg or 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:                           6 months in sealed container at room temperature

-- HTfoam 910 is not sensitive to cold, but sensitive above 60℃.
