Main structure of equipments
1. Fourdrinier part: The length of fourdrinier part is 12m, vacuum couch roll Φ650mm×2300mm open style headbox, inner is bordered with stainless steel, drave by two homogenate roll, macromolecule water board, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate, suction box 6 pieces. Roll: none slot roll with rubber covered. Frame: square frame is made of steel.
2.Compression part: Φ700mm×2300mm natural marble stone roller 1 piece, Φ650mm×2300mm rubber roller 1 piece, Φ800mm×3100mm natural marble stone roller 3 pieces, Φ750mm×2300mm rubber roller 3 pieces, rubber hardness HSD 90°±2.
3. Dryer part: Φ1500mm×2300mm alloy dryer can 16 sets(4 sets 1500mm×2300mm chroming dryer cans). 1 set size press, arrangement: 10+size press+6. Pneumatic load device, rubber hardness HSD 90°±2, multi dryer part is equipped with fluctuate dryer mesh.
4. Calender and rewinding part: Three rolls calendar and cylinder type winding machine.
5. Driving and controlling part: Equipped with 500 reducer, motors with AC frequency convertor and adjustable speed, processing transmission.
