Ball Mill Introduction:
Ball mill is the key equipment for secondary crushing after first crushing, and it is one of the high-fineness milling machines widely used in industrial production. It is suitable for grinding all kinds of ores and other materials, no matter wet grinding or dry grinding. Besides, it is mainly applied in many industries, such as black metal, non-ferrous metal mine, building materials, chemical, electric power, coal, traffic, light industry, etc. In our company, this series of high-efficiency ball mills adopts rolling bearing support instead of sliding bearing support with bearing bush. Therefore, it can save 10-20% energy, and with the same power energy, its capacity can be enlarged to 10-20%. According to different discharging ways, it can be divided in two kinds, lattice type and overflow type.
This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. Besides, the hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can be replaced, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well with wear-resisting scaleboard.
Working principle:
The material spirally and evenly enters into the first warehouse of the ball mill along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board. When the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls to grind and strike the materials. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enter into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board. In the end, the power is discharged by output material board and the end products are competed.
