FBCZ series (formerly BK54, BK55 Series) fans are mining explosion-proof axial flow fans successfully developed according to the small and medium-sized coal mine ventilation network parameters. The fans are high efficient, energy saving and quiet. They are specially used as main fan in small and medium-sized coal mines.
The materials of the fans have passed the friction spark test conducted by Testing Center of Chongqing branch of China's coal Academy of Sciences and meet the requirements of preventing explosion. The overall explosion-proof function have passed the explosion - proof test conducted by China National Quality Supervision and Test Centre for Explosion Protected Electrical Products (CQST) .
Main Charateristics
1. By adopting the simplest fan structure with direct connection between motor and impellers, the fans change the current exhaust axial flow ventilation of coal mines and simplify the complex structure of only using belt-drive or long axis to be conducive to the operation and maintenance.
2. Full-closed radiator cap with certain compressive resistance and gas-pressure balance pipes are installed outside the motor to make the fan working in the environment without gas and then meet the requirements of coal mine explosion-proof rules.
3. This series of fans are with single-level rotor wheel structure to effectively enhance fan static efficiency.
4. The fans can make anti air whose air flow rate is 65% ~85% of positive air flow without setting another anti air duct, saving construction investment and with high anti air speed
5. Impeller blade angle can be adjusted in accordance with the requirements of the production. The fans are specially designed, the performance curve of which is without humps. They are capable of stable running in the case of any network resistance.
