Surface Treatment: 

1, the substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, no concrete curing agent, no release agent or other loose materials.

2, the surface of New plaster should be maintained about 12 days,then puttying.

3, moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation.

 

Operation Process:

1, the ratio between the powder of PB-608 General Type Outdoor Wall Putty and water is 25kg : 6-7kg.

2, pouring the water into the container first, and then slowly pour the powder and stir them with a motor stirrer into a uniform powder-free and with no deposit paste.

3, embedded with a batch of tools to embed, after about 4 hours the first batch of  embedded completed , embedded the second batch.

4, scrape putty layer to be smooth, and control the thickness between 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm.

 

Normal Amount: 

1.8Kg~2.52Kg/m2, according to the smooth of the surface, the smoother the surface is, the less the Amount need.

 

Store Method: 

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
