simple introduction

This production line is to slit stainless curling board,aluminium curling into different sizes of board

materials.

Standard facilities are composed of skipcar,decoiler,supporting press equipment,fixed device flatting machine,fixing machine,fixing ruler work platform,shearing machine,deliver work platform,pneumatic tansvers bent,loading car,hydraulic system,pneumatic pressure system and etc.

The hydraulic system in the production line,is mostly adopted high precise parts from Taiwan,electrical controling adopts the imported program PLS controling and touching screen whole line,the flatting dynamo adopts DC motor which is form England Euro-Mainland company,equipping with high automation,good quality,stead stablity,convenient operation and mainenance and other

benefits.
