Complete wood pellet production line
Our complete wood pellet plant has a compact structure, low energy consumption and is highly efficient. Every machine in the wood pellet plant can be designed and manufactured according to customer's requirement. Professiong technical guidance of installing the machinery is also available. The whole process of wood pellet line can be highly automatically controlled.
1. Features:

2. The production line include tge wole process of peeling, chipping, drying, grinding, get rid of iron, humidity modulation, granulation, cooling, screening,packaging
Main machine:
- Debarker
- Disk chipper---It crush raw material like tree branch, wood logs, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc. with size over 50mm. After crushing, the output size can be reach 3-5cm, then it is pushed to next process to get fine crushing and pelletizing.
- Hammer mill ---- The best material size for supporting to produce pellet is 1-5mm, Thus if your raw material exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small powder 1-5mm for supporting to produce the pellets.
- cyclone seperator & fan & bag dust collector & Air lock---Collecting the wood dust.
- Dryer---Air steam dryer & Rotary cyclinder dryer----The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. Our rotary dryer or Air steam dryer is high efficiency in drying the wood and biomass material. It can realize to reduce the moisyure from 50% to 10%. The dryer uses steam to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.
- Permanent magnet and buffer hopper
- pellet mill---Flat die pellet mill, Ring die pellet mill----Pellet mill is the heart of the wood pellet production line, and has reliable running performance. It is special designed for compacting of wood, straw, and other biomass sources into pellets. You can choose ring die pellet mill or flat die pellet mill depend on your capacity requirement. The ring die pellet mill is best choice for large scale production, while, Flat die pellet mill is suitable for small pellet production line.
- Counterflow cooler----Usually after pelletizing, the temperature of wood pellets is between 60-80 degrees and the moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purposes, a cooler must be used to reduce their temperature and the moisture content, also help screen good and pure pellets.
- packaging scale---After cooling process, the wood pellets will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp, the packing process is very necessory. The packing process is effectively handled by our Auto packing machine.
