SHF· T series high temperature furnaces for laboratory have perfectly designed performance, which congregate many patents. They are very safe, reliable, and practical.
 
1. Maximum temperature: 1000° C/1200° C
 
2. Adopt inorganic fiber made with vacuum molding technology as the insulated material of the chamber, and have special insulated design.
 
3. The heating wire is inlaid in the surface of the once forming ceramic fiber, which is set in the middle of the chamber. The heating wire and the chamber is replaceable, which is easy convenient for setup and taking down.
 
4. The furnace tube is corundum and can be taken down from the two ends to change.
 
5. Heating rate: 10-30° C/min. 30-segment automatically heating up programs.
 
6. Have automatic power failure protective function once the door is open. Have over temperature alarm function. Have power failure function once the thermocouple is damaged. Have controlling function with the built-in parameter pass code.
 
7. Can work in vacuum or atmosphere. The vacuum sealing stainless suite has gained third-class patent, including heat radiation pipe, sealing sleeve, high-temperature sealing ring, cooling pipe of circulating water, vacuum meter, vacuum valve, sealing cover etc. And the vacuum degree can be up to -0.098MPa
 
8. Provide RS-485 communication port and Sigma data management software, which can record the history data and the temperature rising curve, correct the temperature deviated error, and manage multi-equipments and remote failure analysis.
 
9. Multiple safety protective design. It’ s very safe and durable.
 
10. Have double-layer stainless housing. The heat is insulated by the circulating air, so the temperature of the outside surface is very low.
