Black Silicon Carbide
the black silicon carbide is produced in electric resistance furnace in high temperature with the raw materials fused silica and petroleum coke or anthracite. It is black opaque body hexagonal crytal and Mohs hardness is 9.15-9.5, which is after the diamond and Boron Carbide with Fragile and sharp performance and a certain degree of conductive electric and heat.

First grade: SIC 98%,FE2O3:0.15%,F.C:0.15%,SIZE:0-1-3-5MM or as REQUEST  
Second  grade: SIC 88/90%,FE2O3:1.5%,F.C:1.5%,SIZE:0-10,1-10MM or as REQUEST
