MoSi2 Heating Elements for Vacuum Atmosphere Box Furnace with SHF. VB6/16 Product Details:
 
1. Maximum temperature: 1600° C
 
2. Adopt inorganic fiber made with vacuum molding technology as the insulated material of the chamber, and have special insulated design.
 
3. MoSi2 rods are set on the twos sidewalls inside the chamber, which is easy to replace.
 
4. Have double-layer stainless housing. The heat is insulated by the circulating air. The temperature of the outside surface is very low.
 
5. Quick-opening door design, easy to load and unload. Have double doors. The housing adopts pressing-vessel welding technology. Vacuum degree: 0.098MPa
 
6. SCR control, transformer adjusting, PID parameter automatically set, non-interfering manual and automatic operation switch, history data and the temperature-rising curve record without paper, over-temperature alarm, temperature compensation and modification.
 
7. Have automatic power failure protective function once the door is open. Have over temperature alarm function. Have power failure function once the thermocouple is damaged. Have controlling function with the built-in parameter pass code.
 
8. Heating rate: 5-10° C/min. 50-segment automatically heating up programs
 
9. Multiple safety protective design. It’ s very safe and durable.
 
10. Provide RS-485 communication port and Sigma data management software, which can record the history data and the temperature rising curve, correct the temperature deviated error, and manage multi-equipments and remote failure analysis.
