High Voltage Outdoor CE Fuse

Description & Application
SSOC (NCF) outdoor AC high voltage drop-out fuse series are installed on the distribution transformer or pole of power line for overload protection and load current switching on/off.  It is composed of a main insulating & conducting structure and a fiber glass arcing tube.  The stationary contacts are fixed at both ends of the insulating post and moving contacts at both ends of fuse tube, with an arcing chamber and elastic auxiliary contacts to interrupt load current and capacitor current.

Material 
 
1.    Fuse tube - epoxy fiber glass with fiber lining coated with special ultraviolet resistant material, the disconnecting switch blade can be here selected.
2.  Upper contact - silver to silver, high contact pressure squeezed by stainless steel spring.
3.   Trunnion - high strength cast copper, silver plated, and pressed on the side surface of the hinge to ensure the fuse tube alignment while switching-on.

Each in a poly bag, then in a five corrugated carton with poly foam inside
 
Feature & Advantages
 
1.  The insulator fixing stem is fixed into insulator with white cement imported from America, together with tower structure it is very firm and quite suitable for outdoor application
2.  The key mechanical parts are made of high quality brass, bronze and copper, supplying a longer life.
3.  Conductive parts are all with silver plated pure copper or beryllium bronze, the thickness reaches as much as 20μ, reducing contact resistance and supplying a stronger conductive performance.
