Application:

This machine is designed to be two spiral fast delivery,first-class expresses raw materials into the barrel fast,the second stage is a process of Dynamic Drying which quickly hoists raw material to the top of the barrel with umbrella flying toss scattered ,which the hot air blows from the center of the barrel’s lower body to the four weeks ,penetrates the raw material bottom-up from the gap which moves the raw material successfully and conducts full heat exchange.

 

Features and applications:

If using common dryer, because the material is static, the hot wind can't fully go through it, therefore the material is easy to agglomerate, then cause jam, so the drying isn’t suficient. This machine has two-stage screw rapid conveying, the first class quickly put the material into the barrel, the second class lift the material to the upper end of the barrel continuously and rapidly, then shoot out the material dispersedly, the hot wind blows from the middle of lower end to all around, go through the material from bottom-up, to carry out the hot exchange fully.
> As the material is rolling continuously in the barrel, the hot wind also blows continuously from the middle lower end, therefore the mixing and drying can be carried out simultaneously, so that save time and energy. If there is no need of drying, you just turn off the drying switch, only using mixing mode, this machine is also suitable for the mixing of grain and crushing material, color masterbatch.
> The barrel and screw blade, shaft, cylinder, frame, contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
> When there is need to clear the material, you can open the clearing mouth, and roll back the screw, start the dry fan, it's easy to operate.
