Sintered Filter Mesh

In general, the sintered filter mesh consists of 5-layer sintered wire mesh which has the widest application. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined, and then sintered together through vacuum sintering, compressing, and rolling, forming a porous product.

 

Material:

The standard materials are SUS304(AISI304), SUS316(AISI316), SUS316L(AISI316L).

Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel are acceptable base on customer's requirement.

Normal Size of sintered filter mesh: 500x1000mm, 600x1200mm, 1000x1000mm, 1200x1200mm

Working temperature of sintered filter mesh: -200C~600C

Standard: ISO 9001: 2000

 

Characteristics of sintered filter mesh:

1. High strength and rigidity: High mechanical strength and compressive strength, good performance for machining, welding and assembly, easy to use.

 

2. Uniform and stable precision: Can reach uniform filtration performance to all the filter precision, without aperture changing during operation.

 

3. Widely operating environment: Can be used in -200° C~ 600° C environment temperature

And acid and alkaline condition.

 

4. Excellent cleaning: Good countercurrent washing effect, can be repeatedly used, long service life

 

(People can do the cleaning with different methods. E. G upstream water, filtrate, ultrasonic wave, melting, baking etc. )
