Structure:

Electric door autoclave’s structure have the same with general autoclave basically . The only difference is that the head side in the autoclave door’s head more than a booster organization, the organization assisted by the drive shaft, coupling, reducer and bracket, motor and frame and other components mounted on the door side of the kettle.

Autoclave door open and close, by the operator turns on the electric motor power, the motor power through reducer, drive shaft rotating autoclave door opener mechanism arm rotated to open or close the autoclave door. Autoclave door opening and closing, the operator should always observe the autoclave door pivot arm rotation is stable, if jamming phenomenon, should be turned off, remove the obstacles, to prevent burn out the motor.
