Hot Melt Adhesive Film Production Line is used for producing high-grade hot melt adhesive film(including TPU/PA/PES/EVA).

Main Characteristic
This machine adopts advanced new production technique of screw extrusion and flow coating. With high yield, obvious benefit, the production efficiency of  this machine is much higher than the ordinary melting tank type scraping coating machine. The production speed is up to 30m/min. And there is no line trace appears on the film.
A lot of varieties of hot melt adhesive granules can be processed due to this machine adopts special design screw extruder. Especially for processing some special hot melt adhesive granules which is high viscosity, high melting point and difficult to plasticize, the effect is more obvious, which the ordinary melting tank type scraping coating machine is unable to process.

The machine adopts new gantry structure which is with high structural strength, the extruder runs stably, almost no shake
This machine is equipped with imported thickness gauge which is exact to monitor the film thickness online during production. This will reminds working staff to find abnormal quality problem, then make adjustment immediately to ensure the product keep standard thickness. Therefore, the rate of waste/defective greatly reduced.
