Product Description PVA1788 PVA2488 PVA2499 BP20 BP24 PVA
PVA Product Series
Partly Alcoholysis Products
Product Usage
Used In textile industry, as an additive of cement and mortar, inner and outer wall Paints, and moulding board binder; And in chemical industry, as a polymer emulsifying agent, dispersing agent and PVOH formal, PVOH acetal and PVOH butyral. As adhesive in lumbering and paper-making industries, as soil improving agent, pesticide reinforcing agent and PVOH thin film in agriculture, and as A well-fixing agent in petroleum exploitation, cosmetic, medicine, printing, ceramics, steel-making, electronics and plating.
1. PVA26-99, white powder or Granular.
2. Easy to soluble in water and has good viscosity.
3. Used for: Textile/ paper industry
Main Products
Polyvinyl alcohol has excellent film forming, , and properties. It is also resistant to oil, grease and. It is odorless and nontoxic. It has high tensile strength and flexibility, as well as high oxygen and aroma barrier properties. However these properties are dependent on, in other words, with higher humidity more water is absorbed. The water, which acts as a plasticiser, will then reduce its tensile strength, but increase its elongation and tear strength. PVA is fully degradable and is a quick dissolver. PVA has a melting point of 230° C and 180190° C for the fully hydrolysed and partially hydrolysed grades. It decomposes rapidly above 200° C as it can undergo at high temperatures.
PVA is an material but exhibits as the groups are small enough to fit into the lattice without disrupting it.
