Properties: commercial product is light yellow or brownish yellow powder or fine pellet, with strange odour, melting point: 105℃, special gravity: 1.26-1.32, soluble in alcohol, ether, acetone, benzene, CCl4, cholroform, CS2 and ethyl acetate,  insoluble in water, dilute acid and dilute caustic solution.
