DESIGN FEATURES
1. LEVER WITH VALVE OPEN/CLOSE INDICATION
When the hand lever is on the same horizontal line with the pipe, this indicates the valve is at open position. When the hand lever is on the vertical line with the pipe, this indicates the valve is at closed position. The closing direction is clockwise.
 
 

2. ISO5211 MOUNTING PAD
The mounting pad for 90°drives is designed in accordance with ISO5211 for electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuator according to engineering needs of the customers.
 
3. LOCK DEVICE (LO/LC)
The valve is equipped with limit plate and locking holes for the lever in the full open and full closed position to prevent accidental opening and closing the valve.
 
4. MIDDLE FLANGE WITH ZERO LEAKAGE
Body and cap are sealed with gaskets. If the gasket is damaged by the fire, vibration or high temperature, the body still connect cap to realize the metal to metal sealing so as to ensure zero leakage.

5. BLOW OUT-PROOF STEM DESIGN
The lower end of stem is design to T type shoulder. The stem is installed from the inside of the valve body. When the pressure in the inner cavity of the valve increases, the stem will not be pushed out. When the fire accident happened, the T type shoulder can touch the body to realize metal to metal seal.
 
6. ANTISTATIC DESIGN
Fire or explosion accident may be caused by static sparks generated from the friction among ball, stem, and body, while we open and close the valve. The antistatic spring is applied to discharge the static electricity continuously to the ground to prevent from those accidents.
7. EXCLUSIVE SEAT DESIGN WITH ZERO LEAKAGE
If the seat is destroyed or deformed by fire, or other accident, the ball will contact the body or cap with the help of medium pressure to achieve metal to metal seal as a backup of primary seal.

8. FIRE-SAFE DESIGN AS PER API 607/API 6FA
All the possible leaking parts such as between body and cap, stem and body, ball and body are designed to metal to metal contact adhered to the fire-safe specification of API607 and API 6FA.
9. VALVE BORE TYPE
Full bore (FB) or Reduced bore (RB) can be designed as per clients’ requirement.
10. END CONNECTION
Many end connection patterns are provided to choose according to valve work condition, such as: 
RF---Raised Face  RTJ---Ring Joint  BW---Butt Weld  SW---Socket Weld  NPT---Thread
11. STEM EXTENTION
The valve stem can be extended for low temperature services as per the customer’s requirements. The extension length is named by the customer.
