Technical Features:
1. The use of full convection mode, which is essentially different from the traditional structure that strengthened upper convection by adding convection pipes, i.e., mixed heating of convection and radiation, radically solves a series of heating problems due to different emissivities at top and bottom surfaces of low-E glass;
2. More heating zones have been set along the width direction of the furnace, and each heating zone can be controlled separately, so that various heating profiles can be formed neatly;
3. The right number of convection units which can independently control convection strength have been set according to the length of the furnace. Convection blowers are installed at the top of the convection box to balance the air flow pressure inside. Together with the nozzles and air flow guiding device, more even distribution of hot air flow pressure can be assured;
4. The special built-in optimization algorithm and computer fuzzy temperature control module of PID database, together with the frequency control of the blowers, assure that both the heating profile and frequency profile can be customized and optimized;
5. Lower bottom heating temperature can be achieved by adjusting the convection parameters , so that the heating defects such as white haze and hot spot, etc., can be reduced. In the meantime, heating time is reduced and production efficiency is increased to a great extent.
