Feeding Part:

There is a coating identifying system and alarm system, when the coating side

is placed  wrongly,  the  transmission will  stop  automatically  and  the  system will give an alarm. On the contrary, the glass willgo without barrier.

Washing and Drying Part:

This section is made of  stainless steelwhich can avoid rust and prolong the machine service life. 

1)Three pairs of brushes high temperature nylons, they are soft and can avoid scratching glasses. And can wash low-e glass.

2)At  the  bottom, Sweden  SKF  oil-free  lubrication  water-proof  bearings

are adopted and avoid second pollution 

3)On  the  back,  the  water  tank  is  equipped  with  water  heating  device and

water filtering system, guarantee the temperature and cleanness.

4)The air knife is designed rhombic shape and produced by CNC bending, 

so  it  can  be  strength  the  motivity  of  the  wind  and  make  the  drying  effect

Lamp Inspection Part:

This section is used to check washing quality and guarantee product quality.  And  the  black  color  is  compared  to  the  glass panels,  so  it  is  very easy to check washing quality.>
