1. Description of Cable Tie
A cable tie, also known as a zip tie or tie-wrap, is a type of fastener, especially for binding several electronic cables or wires together and to organize cables and wires.
In its common form, the nylon cable tie consists of a tape section with triangular teeth that slope in one direction. The head of the cable tie has a slot with a flexible pawl that rides up the slope of these teeth when the tape is inserted. The pawl engages the backside of these teeth to stop removal of the tape.

3. Package of Nylon Tie Wraps
Polybag packing, Header card packing, Blister with card packing, Double blister packing, Canister packing, other packing can be supplied according customers request.
4. Storage condition of Cable Tie
Nylon is inherent susceptible to environmental conditions. Pa66 cable ties are moisturized to optimum performance level at machine-side and should be stored in cool and dry areas out of direct sunlight. Cable Ties are packaged in plastic bags and should remain sealed until ready for use.
5. Special supply of Cable Tie
In order to increase resistance to ultraviolet light in outdoor applications, a specific grade of nylon containing a minimum of 2% carbon black is used to protect the polymer chains and extend the cable tie's service life.
