1 Stone production line --vibrating feeder

 

Our vibrating feeder adopts the vibrating motor to produce vibration force. It is used to feed materials into primary crusher evenly, and meanwhile because of the grit-shaped screen, it can screen away soil contained in the raw material, and increase the capacity of primary crushing. It is suitable to feed material into primary crusher in hydroelectric field, building material and mining industry.

 

 

 

 

2 Stone production line -- jaw crusher

 

Jaw Crusher is mainly used to crush kinds of mining stones primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is widely used in stone mining, metallurgy industry, building material, highway, railway, and chemical  industry.

The vibrating screens are always used in screening and grading minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite & magnetite and nonferrous metals including Lead, Zinc, Gold and Silver etc. This machine works in a re-circulating network with ball mill, which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals. It plays the same function as spiral claffifier in mining ore beneficiation line,but its efficiency is twice as that of Spiral Classifier.

 

 

 

5 Stone production line -- belt conveyor

 

  It can convey alone and multi-drop or form horizontal, slant or vertical conveying system with other conveyors. 
The working temperature: From below 15 centigrade degree to 40 centigrade degree, conveying materials tempearture is lower than 50 centigrade degree, accumulation specific gravity of conveying materials: From 0.5 to 2.5T/m³ Oil or acid and alkali resistant convey belt should be used when conveying materials containing acid, alkali, oil substance or organic solvent.
