Usage: It is widely used for lingerie industry that require less coating adhesive and firm laminating and soft hand feeling works. The applicable materials can be available in this machine are PU foam, various fabrics (Lycra, microfiber, spandex, mesh fabric, nonwoven fabrics), PVC, EVA, TPU film, Insole boards and etc. The machine is without heater device, and suitable for one component solvent base moisture curing polyurethane adhesive coating.

Features:

1. Equipped with high-performance spray guns, the atomization effect is good; the glue can be well-distributed and sprayed evenly.

2. The machine is without heating device; the two materials can be bonded and laminated together through the compressing rollers.

3. Equipped with automatic edge and tension units, with surface unwinding device and separate driven motor to feed out material without tension also with edge control device.

4. The laminated products are soft, breathable and flexible. And they are with good sticky performance, easy to be molded and anti-wrinkled, washable and durable.
