1.Condition:Hot rolled , Pre-harden &tempering , black surface
2.Hardness: 30~36HRC
3. Hot rolled technology:EAF+LF+VD
4.Production leadtime: 7~15 days
5.Ultrasonic test standards: SPE1921,GR3,Class D/D
6.Chemical composition:
C:0.35-0.45 Si:0.30-0.50 Mn:1.40-1.60 P≤0.035
S:0.05-0.10 Cr:1.80-2.00 Mo:0.15-0.25
7. Heat Treatment:
Annealing: 710 - 730 °C
Hardness after annealing: Max. 230 HB
Stress relieving: Approx. 650 °C
Hot forming: 1050 - 850 °C
Hardening: 870 - 890 °C
Quenching media: Oil, Salt bath, Vacuum
Hardness after quenching: 50 - 54 HRC
8.Applications:
Injection dies without special surface requirements and low mechanical stresses, medium and large sized moulds for plastic processing, dies of light alloys with low melting point, mould fittings, mould frames for the injection molding and die casting industries, components for general mechanical engineering, tools for synthetic plastics processing, die holders, support plates, casings, chases, recipient sleeves, constructional parts, hyrdo forming tools
