1. Summary
    Pors-GK series isolators can receive signal of passive switch contact or proximity sensor, then isolate the signal and transmit it to control system or other instruments. There is relay contact output and transistor output for options; and function of circuit fault detection can be selected;
    Power, input, output are isolated from each other, two channels are isolated and independent.

2. Technical index
    ◆ Input
         Type: switch or NAMUR proximity sensor (compliance with DIN19234)
          Open-circuit voltage: 8V±0.5V
          Switch threshold: 1.5mA
          Hysteresis: 0.2~0.4mA
          Circuit fault: broken-circuit current: <0.1mA, Short-circuit current: >4mA

     ◆ Output
          A: Relay contact output (nornal open or normal close)
              Contact spec: 24VDC, 2A
              Load: resistive type
              Response time: ≤20ms
          C: Transistor
              External power supply ≤40V,
              Drive output current ≤40mA
              1) Collector output: high level: VCC; low level: ≤2.5V
              2) Emitter output: high level: VCC-2.5V; low level: ≤0.5V

    ◆ Power supply
         Voltage: 20~30VDC
         Current consumption:  <30mA
         (when with 24VDC power, relay contact close)

   ◆ Input output properties
        When delivery input and output are in phase, that is when input switch pick up, output reply pick up (transistor is on) as well. Switch's State indictor in the panel will light.

    ◆ Performance index (to full span)
         Isolated strength: 2.5kVAC, 50Hz, 1min
         Insulation resistance: ≧100MΩ /500VDC
         EMC: compliance to GB/T18268, IEC61326-1
         Operating temperature: -20~+60℃
         Operating humidity: 0~90%RH (no dew)

    ◆ Circuit fault detection (LFD)
         Indicators (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) are double color LED indicator for switch state. Yellow: output state; Red: input loop fault;
         Note: when with circuit fault detection, if the input is switch contact, shunt reistors have to be connected, in case that normal open and close of the switch will be judged as open and short of the input loop wrongly.

    ◆ Explanation of LED indicators (example: relay output)
         When power on and power is normal, indicator "Pwr"  is red;
         1)  when circuit fault detection is valid, Ⅰ, Ⅱindicators are Red, that is input loop is faulty and outupt relay is not pickup;
         2) Ⅰ, Ⅱ indicator is yellow, that is outupt relay is pickup, and ther is not fault in input loop;
         3)  if Ⅰ, Ⅱ indicator light with double color (Red and Yellow), that is relay contact is pickup, and there is fault in input loop;
