This production line is specially designed to produce Drip tape, range from 12mm~16mm, for application of farmland, gardens irrigation.It has the characteristic of easy manufacturing technique, low project investment.
Equipment features:
1. The main motor, forming machine and haul off unit all adopts frequency control by ABB invert, which has the performance of working stably, accurate control, energy saving, etc.
2 The tube blank measuring device adopts imported micro-chip processing to realize signal control, fast speed and stable controlling.
3. The reducer gearbox adopts Hard inishing type, screw&barrel material is 38CrMOAL, with nitridation and polished treatment, HV800-900 hardness, the heating rings are cast aluminium type with auto cooling fan by RKC temperature meter.
4. The forming wheel is made by high quality stainless steel, corrosion resisting and long operation life.
5. The winder with moment motor and meter measuring device are provided.
