Flat Dripper Embed Type Irrigation Tape Extrusion Line
This line is to produce drip tape with kinds of round dripper embed inside, with characteristic of stably production and full range of products.
This kind of drip tape is widely used in water saving irrigation application of canopy, land for growing ield crops, plant engineering, etc
Equipment features:
1. The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI to ensure the stable production and easy operation.
2. High level of automation: dripper feeding, selection, sorting, conveying, insertion, tape extrusion, punching and winding can be processed synchronism.
3. The reducer gearbox adopts Hard inishing type, screw&barrel material is 38CrMOAL, with nitridation and polished treatment, HV850-1000 hardness, the screw is optimized design to ensure the even plasticizing of material.
4. The extrusion mould and cooling calibration device is specially designed to get stable size of product.
5. The haul off machine adopts frequency control by invert to meets the speed demand, and there is rubber protection layer on the caterpillar to prevent the drip tube from being distortion.
6. The punching unit is mechanical type, fast speed and stable working.
7. Two disk winder with wiring space, rolling tension, winding length can be adjusted accordingly.
