DM-100 series of switchgear intelligent protection, measurement, display and control device is the product developed by Zhuhai Wanlida Electric Co., Ltd, combining with many years of operational experiences in power industry and by the effective integration of switchgear measurement, display function and miccroprocessor-based relay protection and control functions.
Firstly create segregated installation mode
DM-100 switchgear intelligent protection, measurement, display and control device is designed by the main body of device and human-computer interface segregation. The main body of the device can be independently installed in the instrument room of switchgear, and the large number of wiring connected with control cable and analog signal acquisition cable can be directly connected with terminal strip within the instrument room, the man-machine interface of the device can be installed on panel of instrument room so as to focus on various human-computer interaction function and communicate by Ethernet with protective main body. It not only reduces the pressure of protective device on the panel, but also greatly reduces the setting of over-door cable.
Device features:
- Originally created "protection", "measurement and display" integrated products. with sophisticated switchgear intelligent collection and control function.
- It uses real-time multi-task operating system and C++ programming techniques and can carry out on-line programming and simulation.
- It uses large-screen color LCD with beautiful display, and is easy to be operated. The user-defined buttons below the screen define different functions combining with different menus, which is easy to be operated. Meanwhile, each menu offers help function to prompt the operation method of the menu.
- The communication uses dual-RS485 interfaces and dual Ethernet interfaces. It supports power industry standard code IEC-60870-5-103 and IEC-60870-5-104 communication protocol. It can easily achieve redundant communication by providing more communication interfaces.
- It has harmonic analysis function of two-way selectable channels.
